-Enchant Apprentice Wizard with Freed from the Real.
-Pay a blue to tap Apprentice Wizard to get 3 blue mana from Chromatic Orrery.
-Use one of those blue to untap Apprentice Wizard with Freed From the Reel, leaving you with 2 mana.
-Use one more of that blue mana to tap the Apprentice Wizard leaving you with one extra mana.
-Rinse and repeat for infinite blue mana or mana of any color.
