A deck that focuses on casting a high number of blue and red spells, such as an Izzet Spellslinger deck in Magic: the Gathering, would benefit from including Riverfall Mimic. However, there are potentially better cards for this strategy, such as Stormchaser Mage, which has a similar effect but with flying, making it more versatile.
