About Flesh Allergy

Flesh Allergy, Sorcery, designed by Vance Kovacs first released in Oct, 2010 in the set Scars of Mirrodin. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of £ 0.05.

A deck focused on sacrificing creatures for value, such as a Black sacrifice deck or a Aristocrats deck, would benefit from including Flesh Allergy. While Flesh Allergy can be a powerful removal spell in the right deck, there are other cards like Murder or Hero's Downfall that offer more flexibility and efficiency in destroying creatures without the additional cost of sacrificing a creature. However, in a sacrifice-heavy strategy, Flesh Allergy could see play as a situational removal option that also punishes opponents for losing creatures.

Rules

04/15/13

Players can only respond once this spell has been cast and all its costs have been paid. No one can try to destroy the creature you sacrificed to prevent you from casting this spell.

01/01/11

Flesh Allergy counts each creature put into a graveyard from the battlefield that turn, including token creatures, the creature sacrificed to cast the spell, and the targeted creature (if it is destroyed).

01/01/11

You can target a creature you control, then sacrifice that creature to pay the additional cost. However, if you do, Flesh Allergy won’t resolve for having an illegal target. You won’t lose any life.
