A deck focused on Sliver tribal synergy would greatly benefit from including Pulmonic Sliver, as it provides powerful evasion with flying and valuable recursion by allowing Slivers to return to the top of the library instead of the graveyard. However, in competitive Magic: the Gathering formats, there are stronger options like The First Sliver or Sliver Legion that can have a more immediate impact on the game. Pulmonic Sliver could still see play in more casual or themed Sliver decks for its unique abilities and flavor.

The replacement effect that Pulmonic Sliver grants to all Slivers applies to Pulmonic Sliver and any Slivers that would die at the same time as it.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
