This card, Temple of Enlightenment, would benefit control decks in Magic: the Gathering that focus on manipulating the top of their library and have a mana base that supports both white and blue mana. While it provides some card selection with scrying 1, there are potentially better dual lands available, such as Hallowed Fountain, which enters untapped if you pay 2 life, offering more immediate access to both colors. However, Temple of Enlightenment could still see play in decks looking for additional scrying effects to fine-tune their draws.
