Esta carta, Llamada del Ala de la Noche, beneficiaría a un mazo de control que se enfoca en generar valor a través de fichas de criatura y la recursión de hechizos. Aunque ofrece una ventaja potencial con la habilidad de Cifrado para lanzar hechizos repetidamente, hay opciones más eficientes disponibles, como cartas como Mulldrifter o Bitterblossom, que ofrecen un mejor valor por su coste de maná. Llamada del Ala de la Noche podría verse en juego en un mazo más casual o temático, pero en entornos competitivos, hay alternativas más fuertes a considerar.

If another player gains control of the creature, that player will control the triggered ability. That player will create a copy of the encoded card and may cast it.
