Esta carta podría ser beneficiosa en un mazo que se centre en controlar el tablero debilitando las criaturas del oponente. Los mazos que utilizan efectos de -1/-1 o tienen estrategias que giran en torno a debilitar las criaturas enemigas podrían encontrar valor en el uso de Cadenas de Amistad Obligatorias. Sin embargo, puede haber mejores opciones disponibles dependiendo del arquetipo de mazo específico, como cartas con efectos más impactantes o versátiles como Empujón Fatal o Desmembrar. Si esta carta debería ser jugada dependería en última instancia de la estrategia general y la sinergia dentro del mazo en el que se incluye.
