Esta carta podría ser beneficiosa en un mazo agresivo que se centra en atacar con criaturas, ya que puede ayudar a asegurar que las criaturas de tu oponente se vean obligadas a bloquear cuando tú quieras. Sin embargo, es probable que haya opciones mejores disponibles, como cartas que proporcionan efectos más consistentes o poderosos por un costo similar. En general, aunque Targeting Rocket pueda tener algunos usos específicos, es posible que no sea la mejor opción para jugar competitivamente en la mayoría de los mazos.
