1-Activate Clock, targeting Macar, tapping Macar and Lattice.
2-In response, activate Karn's ability by sacrificing a gold toekn if you have one, turning any nonland permanent into a creature.
3-Target the permanent Karn turned into a creature with Macar's ability.
Repeat steps 1-3 except when you activate Clock targeting King Macar, tap the created gold token instead of >attice.
If you exile a permanent that was already a creature as part of this process, retain the gold token.
After all nonland permanents have been exiled, you may now use gold tokens and mana to kill lands via Karn's ability using state-based effects.
