Modificar la realidad, Instantáneo, diseñada por Justin Sweet lanzado por primera vez en Feb, 2002 en edición Torment. Actualmente se vende al precio más bajo de ₲ 8687.21.

Un mazo que se centra en el control y la manipulación de los hechizos o permanentes de los oponentes se beneficiaría al usar Alter Reality en Magic: the Gathering. Aunque Alter Reality ofrece un efecto único y potencialmente disruptivo, puede que no sea tan eficiente como otras cartas similares como Stifle o Trickbind, que pueden proporcionar efectos más inmediatos y poderosos. Sin embargo, Alter Reality aún podría verse jugar en mazos más casuales o experimentales que buscan sorprender a los oponentes con cambios de color inesperados.
