While Contingency Plan is a decent card for setting up future draws and fueling graveyard strategies, there are better options like Chart a Course or Discovery // Dispersal that provide card advantage or additional utility. However, Contingency Plan could still see play in decks looking to maximize graveyard interactions or those needing specific card selection.
