Remand es una carta versátil que puede ser beneficiosa en mazos de control que buscan alterar el plan de juego de su oponente y al mismo tiempo robar una carta para mantener la ventaja. Funciona bien en estrategias basadas en el tempo al retrasar los hechizos del oponente y permitir robar cartas. Sin embargo, podría decirse que existen mejores opciones como Mana Leak o Cryptic Command, que ofrecen más flexibilidad y utilidad. Remand debería jugar en mazos que valoren el tempo y la ventaja de las cartas, pero su inclusión puede depender de la estrategia y el metajuego específicos.
