About Reverse Engineer

Reverse Engineer, Sorcery, designed by Jason Kang first released in May, 2020 in the set Magic Online Promos and was printed exactly in 8 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 0.40.

A deck that heavily relies on artifacts would benefit from using Reverse Engineer, as it allows for card draw while utilizing artifacts to reduce its cost. However, there are potentially better options like Thirst for Knowledge, which provides card selection in addition to draw, making it a more versatile choice in most situations. While Reverse Engineer can be situationally strong in artifact-heavy decks, it may not see widespread play due to the availability of more efficient card draw options in the format.
