Altération de la réalité, Éphémère, conçu par Justin Sweet sorti pour la première fois en Feb, 2002 dans l'édition Torment. Il est actuellement vendu au prix le plus bas de C$ 1.76.

Un deck qui se concentre sur le contrôle et la manipulation des sorts ou des permanents des adversaires bénéficierait de l'utilisation d'Alter Reality dans Magic: the Gathering. Bien qu'Alter Reality offre un effet unique et potentiellement perturbateur, il peut ne pas être aussi efficace que d'autres cartes similaires comme Stifle ou Trickbind, qui peuvent offrir des effets plus immédiats et puissants. Cependant, Alter Reality pourrait quand même être joué dans des decks plus occasionnels ou expérimentaux cherchant à surprendre les adversaires avec des changements de couleur inattendus.
