Cette carte, Invocation d'Ombre de Flamme, serait un excellent ajout à un deck aggro rouge ou midrange dans Magic: l'Assemblée, car elle permet de créer des jetons de créature supplémentaires avec la célérité, offrant ainsi une production de dégâts supplémentaire et une présence sur le terrain. Bien qu'il puisse y avoir d'autres cartes offrant des effets similaires, la capacité d'Invocation d'Ombre de Flamme à créer des copies de créatures pour seulement {R} en fait une option rentable et polyvalente qui pourrait certainement être jouée dans le bon deck.
