Snakeform, Instant, designed by Jim Nelson first released in Jul, 2008 in the set Eventide and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 0.18.

This card, Snakeform, could be beneficial in a deck that focuses on controlling the board by neutralizing powerful creatures with abilities.
