A deck that benefits from Trove of Temptation would be a control deck looking to force opponents to attack into your defenses, potentially leaving them vulnerable to counterattacks. However, there are better cards for this effect such as Propaganda or Ghostly Prison which provide a similar effect without the drawback of giving opponents mana. Trove of Temptation could see play in a casual or budget deck, but may not be optimal for competitive play due to its potential drawbacks.

Each opponent only has to attack you or a planeswalker you control with one creature total, not one creature for you and one for each planeswalker you control. Other creatures are free to attack other players or other planeswalkers, or to not attack at all.

In a Two-Headed Giant game, each of your two opponents must attack you or a planeswalker you control with at least one creature if able. Attacking your teammate or a planeswalker your teammate controls doesn’t satisfy Trove of Temptation’s requirement.
