This card, Street Savvy, would be beneficial in a green deck that focuses on creature defense and combat tricks. While it provides a slight boost to toughness and allows the enchanted creature to block landwalk abilities, there are more efficient options available such as Elephant Grass or Canopy Cover that offer better protection or evasion abilities. Street Savvy could see play in casual or budget decks, but may not be a top choice in competitive play due to its limited impact compared to other options available.
