Cette carte Nicol Bolas, le Réveillé serait un excellent choix pour un deck de contrôle axé sur l'avantage en cartes et la suppression. Bien qu'elle offre des capacités puissantes, son coût en mana élevé peut rendre difficile son inclusion dans des decks plus rapides. D'autres cartes comme Ugin, le Dragon-Spirit ou Teferi, le Voyageur du Temps pourraient être considérées comme de meilleures options en fonction de la stratégie spécifique du deck, mais Nicol Bolas peut toujours être un choix solide dans la bonne construction pour sa polyvalence et ses capacités changeant le cours du jeu.

A double-faced card enters the battlefield with its front face up by default, unless a spell or ability instructs you to put it onto the battlefield transformed, in which case it enters with its back face up. The back face of a double-faced card can’t be played.
