With all cards in play and Cryptic Telobite with three or more counters:
Remove a +1/+1 counter from Cryptic Trilobite to add two mana
Pay one mana to activate the Ghave ability, remove a +1/+1 counter from Ghave to create a Saproling token
Pay a mana and sacrifice the token to add a counter to Cryptic Thrilobite
Corpsejack Menace's ability will trigger, putting an additional counter.
Remove a counter from Cryptic Trilobite to add two mana.
Create a Saproling token by removing a counter from Ghave
Sacrifice the token to add two counters to Ghave
Repeat the process for infinite ETB and Death trigger
