Modificare la Realtà, Istantaneo, progettato da Justin Sweet rilasciato per la prima volta Feb, 2002 in redazione Torment. Attualmente viene venduto al prezzo più basso di Fr 1.01.

Un mazzo che si concentra sul controllo e sulla manipolazione degli incantesimi o dei permanenti degli avversari trarrebbe vantaggio dall'uso di Alter Reality in Magic: the Gathering. Mentre Alter Reality offre un effetto unico e potenzialmente disruptivo, potrebbe non essere altrettanto efficiente come altre carte simili come Stifle o Trickbind, che possono fornire effetti più immediati e potenti. Tuttavia, Alter Reality potrebbe comunque essere giocato in mazzi più casuali o sperimentali che cercano di sorprendere gli avversari con cambiamenti di colore inaspettati.
