Un mazzo di controllo focalizzato nel disturbare la strategia dell'avversario trarrebbe beneficio dall'includere Deflection nel proprio mazzo, poiché può efficacemente ridirezionare incantesimi chiave per disturbare i piani dell'avversario. Mentre Deflection può essere potente in determinate situazioni, ci sono carte più versatili e d'impatto come Counterspell o Redirect che sono generalmente considerate opzioni migliori per i mazzi di controllo. If a spell targets multiple things, you can’t target it with Deflection, even if all but one of those targets has become illegal.

The new target for the deflected spell is not chosen until this spell resolves. This spell is still on the stack when new targets are selected for the spell.
