Maelstrom Colossus would be a great addition to a deck that focuses on casting high-cost spells and taking advantage of the cascade ability to potentially cast additional spells for free. While it can provide a powerful advantage in the right deck, there are other cards like Maelstrom Wanderer that offer similar effects with additional benefits, making them potentially better choices for certain strategies.
