Un mazzo incentrato sul vantaggio e sulla selezione delle carte, come un mazzo di controllo o di fascia media, potrebbe trarre vantaggio da Deal Broker in formati limitati in cui i pool di carte sono più piccoli e costruire un mazzo coeso è fondamentale. Sebbene Deal Broker offra flessibilità e alcuni filtri delle carte, a seconda della strategia generale potrebbero essere preferite opzioni più efficienti come carte con pesca di carte ripetibile o abilità più forti. Tuttavia, se l'ambiente del draft consente scambi di carte interessanti e il pool di carte lo supporta, Deal Broker potrebbe sicuramente essere giocato per la sua capacità unica di aiutare a mettere a punto la composizione di un mazzo.

If either card involved in the exchange has any information noted for it, that information stays with the exchanged card, not the player who initially drafted it. Any abilities that refer to actions taken as you drafted the card (or similar) now refer to the card’s new owner, even though that player wasn’t the person who actually drafted the card.

If more than one player drafts a Deal Broker, players who wish to use the second ability to exchange cards do so in a random order.

If you accept a player’s offer, the card you revealed becomes part of that player’s card pool and the other offered card becomes part of your card pool.
