Questa carta sarebbe utile in un mazzo focalizzato su Auras o incantesimi, poiché fornisce un modo per metterli rapidamente in campo. Tuttavia, per un mazzo più competitivo, carte come Sram, Senior Edificer o Kor Spiritdancer potrebbero essere scelte migliori, poiché offrono pescate di carte aggiuntive o benefici quando si lanciano Auras. Anche se gli Academy Researchers potrebbero non essere giocati nei mazzi competitivi di alto livello, potrebbero comunque essere una scelta divertente ed efficace per mazzi casual o a tema incentrati su Auras.

You can’t put an Aura card from your hand onto the battlefield this way if that Aura can’t legally enchant Academy Researchers. For example, you can’t put an Aura with “enchant land” or “enchant green creature” onto the battlefield attached to Academy Researchers (unless Academy Researchers somehow turned into a land or a green creature before the ability resolved).
