Questa carta sarebbe utile in un mazzo Selesnya o Abzan focalizzato su strategie basate sulle creature, fornendo sia capacità offensive che difensive con indistruttibile, tocco letale e legame vitale. Mentre Ready // Willing offre versatilità con la sua abilità di fusione, altre carte come Heroic Intervention o Teferi's Protection potrebbero offrire una migliore protezione per le tue creature in determinate situazioni, quindi la sua giocabilità dipenderebbe dal mazzo specifico e dal meta.
