Un mazzo incentrato sugli Alleati in Magic: the Gathering trarrebbe beneficio dall'includere Reckless Cohort, poiché fornisce un attaccante costante e si integra bene con altre carte Alleate. Tuttavia, ci sono opzioni migliori come Kazuul Warlord, che offre un effetto più potente con la sua capacità di potenziare tutti i tuoi Alleati. Che Reckless Cohort debba essere giocato dipende dalla strategia e dalla sinergia specifiche del mazzo, ma può essere una solida inclusione nella costruzione giusta.

If, during its controller’s declare attackers step, that player doesn’t control another Ally but Reckless Cohort is tapped, is affected by a spell or ability that says it can’t attack, or hasn’t been under that player’s control continuously since the turn began (and doesn’t have haste), then it doesn’t attack. If there’s a cost associated with having Reckless Cohort attack, its controller isn’t forced to pay that cost. If they don’t, Reckless Cohort doesn’t have to attack.
