1) You need to have the City's Blessing for this combo to work. 2) Inalla must be your commander for this combo to work. 3) Dour Port-Mage must be on the battlefield and able to activate its ability. 1) Play Timestream Navigator. 2) Pay one mana to activate Inalla's ability, creating a copy of Timestream Navigator with haste. 3) Activate the ability of the Timestream Navigator copy to take an extra turn. 4) Activate Dour Port-Mage's ability to return Timestream Navigator to your hand. 1) Repeat the process from step 1 for infinite turns.
