Start with all permanents on the battlefield, Xavier Sal, Infested Captain should be enchanted with Sinking Feeling, and have one +1/+1 counter on him. You will need a disposable creature, and Scurry Oak will need at least one +1/+1 counter on it. Sacrifice a creature with Xavier Sal, Infested Captain's second ability, putting a counter on each permanent in this combo and any others that won't disturb the combo. Create a token from Scurry Oak's second ability. Use Pentad Prism or any other similarly repeatable means to pay for the ability Sinking Feeling gives, this will leave Xavier Sal, Infested Captain untapped with one counter again. Return to step 1. This will make Scurry Oak infinitely powerful, and will grant you infinite proliferations. It will also infinitely trigger any entry or death triggers your squirrels can grant you.
