Un mazzo che si concentra sull'attaccare con una singola creatura potente beneficerebbe dall'uso di Appello Ardente, poiché l'abilità Esaltato potenzia la forza e la resistenza della creatura quando attacca da sola. L'abilità Cascata fornisce anche un vantaggio di carte permettendoti di lanciare una magia gratuitamente. Tuttavia, potrebbero esserci opzioni migliori per effetti simili in un mazzo, come Sovrani di Alara Perduta, che può cercare potenti Auree da attaccare alla tua creatura che attacca. In generale, Appello Ardente potrebbe essere giocato in un mazzo che mira a sfruttare le sue abilità, ma potrebbero esserci carte più efficienti da considerare.
