Questo Endling carta si adatterebbe bene in un mazzo midrange o di controllo basato sul nero che si concentra sulla rimozione delle creature e sugli stratagemmi di combattimento. Anche se Endling offre versatilità con le sue abilità, potrebbero esserci opzioni migliori come Vampire Nighthawk o Kalitas, Traditore di Ghet che forniscono un valore immediato e un impatto maggiore sul campo. Tuttavia, Endling potrebbe comunque essere giocato nei mazzi che cercano una minaccia flessibile e resiliente che possa adattarsi a diverse situazioni.
