Questa carta, Seize the Day, sarebbe utile per i mazzi rossi aggressivi che cercano di massimizzare le fasi di combattimento e di staccare le creature per attacchi aggiuntivi. Anche se può fornire un'esplosione di danni e un fattore sorpresa, ci sono opzioni migliori come Aggravated Assault o Relentless Assault per effetti simili a un costo inferiore, rendendo Seize the Day meno ottimale per il gioco competitivo ma comunque divertente per giochi casual o mazzi tematici focalizzati sulle fasi di combattimento extra.
