A deck that focuses on creature-based strategies, such as a green stompy or aggro deck, would benefit from using Refresh in Magic: the Gathering. While Refresh provides the ability to regenerate a creature and draw a card for a relatively low cost, there are arguably better options available such as Heroic Intervention or Blossoming Defense which provide similar protection but with added benefits like hexproof or instant speed. Refresh could still see play in more budget-friendly or casual decks where the card draw and regeneration effect are valuable.
