Questa carta, Forma Sostitutiva, sarebbe utile in un mazzo che si concentra su strategie di tempo e controllo, poiché ti consente di rimbalzare indietro nella mano di un avversario una creatura minacciosa, creandone una copia per te stesso. Mentre può essere uno strumento potente in certe situazioni, ci sono alternative migliori come Magia di Controllo o Tradimento che offrono un valore immediato maggiore rubando la creatura direttamente. Tuttavia, Forma Sostitutiva potrebbe comunque essere giocata in mazzi alla ricerca di un modo versatile e inaspettato per affrontare le minacce avversarie.

If the copied creature is a token, the token created by Supplant Form copies the original characteristics of that token as stated by the effect that put it onto the battlefield.

The token copies exactly what was printed on the creature and nothing else (unless that creature was copying something else or was a token; see below). It doesn’t copy whether that creature was tapped or untapped, whether it had any counters on it or Auras and/or Equipment attached to it, or any non-copy effects that changed its power, toughness, types, color, and so on.
