Combo Macchina dei Presagi +Teferi, Mago di Zhalfir + Magic: the Gathering MTG

With Omen Machine in play, players will exile cards from the top of the deck instead of drawing them and will be able to cast them without paying the cost. Teferi does not allow your opponents to cast spells anytime other than when they can cast sorceries. As they can't cast spells at instant-speed, they cannot cast spells exiled with Omen Machine. This combo makes opponents unable to cast spells, except for the cards in their hands.
