This card would be a great addition to a white-black control deck that focuses on removal and generating value from creatures dying. It synergizes well with sacrifice effects and can help maintain board presence. While Emissary of the Sleepless is a solid card for this strategy, there are potentially better options like Archangel Avacyn, which provides a bigger threat and more impactful effect upon entering the battlefield. Overall, Emissary of the Sleepless could see play in the right deck but may not be a top-tier choice compared to other options available.
