About Hypnox

Hypnox, Creature — nightmare horror, designed by Greg Staples first released in Feb, 2002 in the set Torment. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.97.

Hypnox would be a powerful addition to a control deck in Magic: the Gathering, particularly in a strategy focused on hand disruption and resource denial. While its high mana cost may be a drawback, its ability to exile all cards from an opponent's hand upon entering the battlefield can be a game-changing move. However, there are other cards like Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or Griselbrand that offer similar effects with additional benefits, making them potentially better choices for competitive play. Overall, Hypnox could see play in specific deck archetypes that prioritize hand disruption and control strategies.

Rules

09/20/13

If a creature (such as Clone) enters the battlefield as a copy of this creature, the copy’s “enters-the-battlefield” ability will still trigger as long as you cast that creature spell from your hand.
