이 카드인 Lyev Decree는 상대의 보드 발전을 늦추고 보드를 컨트롤하는 컨트롤 덱에서 유용할 것입니다. 특정 상황에서 유용할 수 있지만, Detention Sphere와 같이 문제가 되는 영구적인 퍼머넌트를 추방할 수 있는 더 효율적인 옵션이 있습니다. 그러나 Lyev Decree는 일시적인 생물 컨트롤 옵션을 찾는 덱이나 Detention Sphere가 허용되지 않는 포맷에서 여전히 플레이될 수 있습니다.
