Oath of Nissa would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on planeswalkers, as it helps to filter through the top cards of your library to find the needed planeswalker cards. While it provides flexibility in casting planeswalkers with any color of mana, it may not be as efficient as other cards like Once Upon a Time or Ancient Stirrings in certain decks, depending on the strategy and card pool. Overall, Oath of Nissa could see play in decks that heavily rely on planeswalkers and need additional card selection.

Each of the Oaths is legendary: if you control more than one of any particular Oath, you choose one to remain on the battlefield and the others are put into your graveyard.

Even if you control a particular Oath, you can cast another of that Oath to take advantage of its enters-the-battlefield ability. It will enter the battlefield, causing its first ability to trigger. You will then choose one to keep, as detailed above, and then its enters-the-battlefield ability will resolve.
