Withering Gaze, Sorcery, designed by Scott M. Fischer first released in May, 2020 in the set Portal and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of $ 0.16.
A deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly and playing a lot of green cards would benefit most from using Withering Gaze in Magic: the Gathering. This card can be particularly effective in a green-based control deck that wants to disrupt the opponent's hand while also drawing additional cards for itself. However, there are better options available, such as Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek, which provide more immediate and versatile hand disruption. While Withering Gaze has its niche uses, it may not see widespread play in competitive decks due to its more limited scope compared to other options.
