Copy Skirk Prospector's ability with Conspicuous Snoop, sacrificing Goblin Recruiter to generate one red mana and play Skirk Prospector.
Use Kiki-Jiki's ability with Conspicuous Snoop, making a copy of himself that has the same ability. Repeat this process as many times as you like for infinite tokens.
Sacrifice the copies with Skirk Prospector for infinite mana, then cast all the Goblins from the top of your library.
