This Conspiracy card, Advantageous Proclamation, would benefit decks that aim to be more consistent and have a smaller deck size, such as combo decks or decks that rely on specific key cards. While reducing the minimum deck size by five can increase the chances of drawing key pieces, there are potentially better Conspiracy cards like Backup Plan, which allows you to draw seven cards and then put two cards from your hand on top of your library. Whether Advantageous Proclamation should see play ultimately depends on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck it's included in.

You don’t have to play with any conspiracy you draft. However, you have only one opportunity to put conspiracies into the command zone, as the game begins. You can’t put conspiracies into the command zone after this point.

In Limited formats (including Conspiracy Draft), the minimum deck size is generally 40 cards. With Advantageous Proclamation, your Conspiracy Draft deck must contain at least 35 cards.
