Hinderlaagcommandant, Schepsel - elf, designed by Darrell Riche first released in May, 2020 in the set Scourge and was printed exactly in 5 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.84.
Een kaartspel gericht op synergieën tussen Elf-stammen zou baat hebben bij het opnemen van Ambush Commander, omdat het je bossen in Elf-wezens verandert en extra lichamen biedt voor aanvallen en blokkeren. De hoge manakosten en de kwetsbaarheid voor verwijdering van de kaart maken hem echter minder optimaal in vergelijking met andere Elf-heren zoals Elvish Archdruid of Ezuri, Renegade Leader, die meer impactvolle vaardigheden bieden en gemakkelijker te casten zijn. Ambush Commander ziet spel misschien niet in competitieve decks, maar kan leuk zijn in informele decks met Elf-thema.

A noncreature permanent that turns into a creature can attack, and its abilities can be activated, only if its controller has continuously controlled that permanent since the beginning of their most recent turn. It doesn’t matter how long the permanent has been a creature.
