Axe Token, Token-artefact - apparatuur, designed by Nathaniel Himawan first released in Jul, 2026 in the set The Hobbit Tokens.
Axe Token zou alleen ten goede komen aan zeer informele Equipment-, Voltron- of agressieve wezendecks die een goedkoop artefact willen om synergieën te veroorzaken, maar het geven van slechts +1/+0 voor een uitrustingskosten van {2} is inefficiënt en zou over het algemeen niet in Commander- of geconstrueerde formaten moeten worden gespeeld; 'Bonesplitter' is strikt genomen beter voor de meeste doeleinden omdat het {1} kost om uit te rusten terwijl het +2/+0 oplevert, terwijl 'Bonesaw' een andere betere optie is als de kaart extreem goedkoop moet zijn om te casten, dus Axe Token is voornamelijk een kaart op nieuwigheids- of conceptniveau, tenzij het een extra tokengeneratie- of artefact-synergievoordeel heeft.
