Reinigende straal, Direct, designed by Pat Lee first released in Oct, 2005 in the set Ravnica: City of Guilds and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.30.
Een kaartspel dat zich richt op kleursynergie of tribale strategieën, zoals een mono-rood of rood-wit agressief kaartspel, zou baat hebben bij het gebruik van Cleansing Beam om schade aan meerdere wezens tegelijk aan te richten. Hoewel Cleansing Beam in bepaalde situaties effectief kan zijn, zijn er potentieel betere opties zoals Anger of the Gods of Pyroclasm die een directere impact hebben en het bord efficiënter kunnen leegmaken. Of Cleansing Beam het spel zou moeten zien, hangt af van de specifieke metagame- en deckstrategie, maar het kan de moeite waard zijn om te overwegen als sideboard-optie tegen decks met veel wezens.
