Een deck dat profiteert van Command Tower is elk Commander-deck met meerdere kleuren in zijn kleuridentiteit, omdat het flexibiliteit en consistentie biedt bij het vaststellen van mana's. Hoewel Command Tower een basisland is in Commander-decks, zijn er betere opties zoals City of Brass en Mana Confluence die elke kleur mana zonder beperkingen kunnen produceren, waardoor ze in bepaalde situaties veelzijdigere keuzes worden.
