Vroom besluit, Tovenarij, designed by Zoltan Boros first released in Jun, 2019 in the set Core Set 2020 and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.14.
Een vroom besluit zou nuttig zijn in een wit controledek dat efficiënt met zwarte of rode wezens of planeswalkers wil omgaan en tegelijkertijd kaartselectie wil verkrijgen door middel van scrying. Kaarten zoals Path to Exile of Swords to Plowshares kunnen echter veelzijdigere verwijderingsopties bieden, waardoor Devout Decree situationeel wordt in bepaalde matchups. Over het geheel genomen zou Devout Decree het spel kunnen zien als een sideboard-optie in specifieke metagames waar zwarte of rode bedreigingen de overhand hebben.
