This card, Dismiss, would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's game plan and drawing cards to maintain card advantage. While Dismiss is a solid option for a counterspell with card draw, more competitive options like Cryptic Command or Force of Will might be preferred due to their additional flexibility or efficiency. Whether Dismiss sees play would depend on the specific strategy and card pool of the deck, but it could be a useful inclusion in certain slower, more controlling blue decks.
