Double Dip, Instant, designed by D. Alexander Gregory first released in Aug, 1998 in the set Unglued. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.31.
Double Dip would be beneficial in a defensive or life gain-focused deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a consistent source of life gain against a specific opponent. However, there are better options available such as Sphinx's Revelation which offers immediate life gain and card draw. Double Dip could see play in casual settings for its unique and flavorful effect, but in competitive play, more efficient cards would likely be preferred.
