Echogoyfs

Over Echogoyfs

Echogoyfs, Creature — lhurgoyf, ontworpen door Andrew Mar voor het eerst uitgebracht in oktober 2026 in de set Alchemy: Reality Fracture.

Echogoyfs would best fit a blue-heavy spell-copy or token deck that generates spells from outside its starting deck, such as those using discover, impulse effects, or spell-copying cards; ordinary blue decks won’t reliably grow it because casting cards from your own deck does not count. Its “Double team” wording appears to be a custom mechanic, so its value depends on how that mechanic works, and the card’s legality and format are unclear. For a similar one-mana threat with established competitive potential, Delver of Secrets is generally a better choice in spell-dense blue decks; for a creature that rewards casting spells, Tolarian Terror is a more proven option, though it costs more. As written, Echogoyfs is too dependent on outside-deck spell generation and unclear mechanics to recommend for competitive play, but it could be fun in a custom or casual deck built around those effects.
